I feel it is necessary to inform Keen clients about how the Free Minutes work.
When an advisor sends you free minutes, the advisor does not make any money for that amount
of time. Also, Keen does not make any money and in turn ends up paying for the connection charge and
phone call.
Most clients use their free minutes respectfully and I am more than happy to help because I am aware of how
much it costs to call advisors on Keen. There are a few clients, however, who abuse this service and call repeatedly
without adding money. It is not a good idea to try and get a reading in under three minutes. The advisor receives no
compensation for the call, and Keen loses money on the call. The client cannot even leave feedback.
The biggest problem is that it makes advisors weary of sending out minutes at all. To keep those who are respectful
of the Free Minute Program able to utilize free minutes I have decided on the following policy: (Please note this
policy is mine and has nothing to do with Keen or Keen's policies regarding free minutes).

If a client has called or starts calling with free
minutes and
does not add money for at least one paid minute, I
will cease sending that client free minutes, even if they ask for
them.
I do not send minutes to a new client. No exceptions.
I reserve the right to send minutes at my
discretion.

I fully understand the exorbitant prices on Keen. Please understand that this is my (and other advisors) job. For some
of us it is our only source of income. I receive many emails everyday full of questions that I try to take the time
to respond to without charge.

For those of you who are worried about your finances please take the following into consideration: |
| * Know exactly how much you can afford
to spend a week, month or quarter BEFORE calling advisors. |
| * Have your concerns and questions
ready when the call begins so you do not spend anymore money than
you need to. |
| * Know that a honest advisor will
understand if you tell them you only have a few minutes, speak up.

| * Rate your questions and concerns
on a scale of 1-10. Do not call an advisor if it is a 7 or lower.
Ask yourself "Do I really need to know that right now or can I wait
a day or two?" |
| * Do not call advisors that you cannot
afford. If you really need to call someone expensive, then budget
your money accordingly. |
| * If you call a lot and have a hard
time watching your spending, then imagine what you could do with
that $30, $40, or $50 if you did not call. |
| * Regularly check your Keen email for
specials and rate reduction emails from advisors. |
| * Know your priorities; is calling a
psychic more important than paying your electric bill? |
| * DO NOT CALL IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT |
If you cannot buy a pair of shoes you really want because you just do not have the extra money, then the same should
go for psychic readings. If you do not have the money, please do not spend it.
